From the impeccable quality, to the fantastic customer service, al all around wonderful experience and the best money ever spent! The leather is beyond anything from the likes of Mont Blanc or Hugo Boss, the stitching and lining are superb and the customer service is stellar. J & H managed to send the correct size (my fault not theirs) overnight to reach me the next morning!
