Each Jekyll & Hide product is guaranteed for a period of 1 year. Registering your purchase with us will enable you to claim on the guarantee without having to produce your original receipt. 

Every Jekyll & Hide product is crafted to last, and we stand by our promise of quality with a 1 year warranty. Should anything go wrong, simply reach out to our support team at info@jekyllandhide.co.za , and we’ll be happy to help.

Please note: Our guarantee does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, normal wear and tear, extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, or common carrying. Airline damage is also not covered and must be reported directly to the airline at the time it occurs.
