Every Jekyll & Hide product is guaranteed for 1 year against defects in materials and craftsmanship. Our hard-shell luggage (Carry-On, Medium Check-In and Large Check-In) is guaranteed for 5 years.

Register your purchase and you can claim on the guarantee without your original receipt.

The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect or accidents, normal wear and tear, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents or acids, or damage caused by airlines or other carriers in transit. Please report any airline damage to the airline when it happens. Incidental or consequential loss is also excluded.

To make a claim, email info@jekyllandhide.co.za. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
