South Africa: Free delivery within 7 working days for orders over R2000. Orders under R2000 incur a R150 fee.

Other international destinations: FedEx delivery, minimum 2 weeks, R2500. VAT & duties are the customer’s responsibility.

Poor Delivery

I bought a bag on Black Friday and even today one is still tracking it. The delivery passed your turn around time of seven days. I feel so frustrated and bad wondering why I bought the bag I should have settled for other stores that can do better service. My appointment and of my children had to be delayed because of the delivery. I wonder if I will receive it or must I cancel the order. I was thinking of escalating with the next level. Thanks
