The bag is beautiful and functional, very well made and my wife is very happy with it. When I purchased it, it arrived with a small blemish and I reported it, and the customer service was exceptional, they arranged for the bag to be collected and immediately shipped a new one which arrived in perfect condition.

Thank you for the beautiful and very practical laptop backpack which I received just in time for my 2-month long travelling. I fit my laptop and so much more into this bag. It sits comfortably on my back and I can hook it onto my hand luggage easily. The quality of every little detail in this product is what you notice first.

What an exceptional product!! I bought my husband a black one 9 years ago and only replaced it this week with a new one in the coffee colour. The only reason for replacement was the shape that moulded in his pocket from having it on him the whole day. Excellent quality and service
