The shoes are great quality and very comfortable. Well packaged and reveived in great condition.

The process of getting the product via the courier did not go entirely smoothly as they called once while I was in a work meeting, so I missed the call, then proceeded to show up at my house without calling again a few times while I was not home and eventually insinuating that it was my fault that I was hard to get a hold of. I found this quite unprofessional.
