Product Not Suitable (Jacket too Small) but Service Excellent

I purchased a leather jacket for my wife. The jacket was beautiful but unfortunately, too small. Furthermore, I learnt that the whole jacket range was on the small side and even the very large size (XXXL) was not, by normal standards, even XL. However, aside from the jackets being too small to fit my wife, the product and service was excellent. the emails that I sent were answered promptly and thoughtfully and the jacket has now, sadly, been returned. I will have no hesitation in dealing with or recommending J&H. I just wish that they could sort their jacket sizes to fit with SA needs.
